Advanced Spot Removal
From time to time there may be some "spots" that even after a thorough deep cleaning may not be completely removed. In cases like this it may become necessary to approach these problem areas again. It should first be determined if the "spot" disappeared only to return as the area was in the drying process. Or, if the "spot" had never been completely removed in the first place, what should be done next?

First, if your "spot" went away but returned within the next 24 -48 hours then it should be easily removed by "damp dusting" the area with our "What A Difference!" Ultimate Spot Remover. Be certain to follow the directions on the back of the bottle.

Second, if this "spot" still fails to release after our completion of our premium healthy home care cleaning, we will automatically attempt to remove during our post cleaning detail-spotting process.

Now, if your problem area still refuses to cooperate, it becomes reclassified as a "stain". This simply means that this persistence is not caused by any soiling, but rather by an undesired chemical reaction or dying. At this point you may want to visit Advanced "STAIN" Removal to gain some understanding of its processes.
