A: Yes, GARD All with Sun Shield™ can also help prolong fiber/textile integrity.

Q: Does it protect against most food & spills as well as sun light?

A: Yes, GARD All with Sun Shield™ is your very best protection against most oil and water based:-soils -spills -spots -stains -SUVR**. However, among the few exceptions are bodily fluids, high temperature liquids, acids & bleaches.

Q: Will just a single treatment of GARD All with Sun Shield™ on my fabrics protect against spots, spills and Solar Ultra Violet Radiation (SUVR) damage?

A: Yes, after our counsel you can request that we apply the appropriate formula to accomplish all these objectives, in just one application... simply, quickly & neatly.

Q: Will it discolor or distort my fabrics in any way?

A: When we apply GARD All with Sun Shield™, your fabrics will maintain the same color and hand as perceived before our application.

Q: Is it safe to apply in the home?

A: Yes. Actually there may only be a negligible odor in your protected rooms, but will dissipate quickly, normally with in 2 - 3 hours. This will be dependent primarily on the particular fabric treated and the area/room conditions. GARD All with Sun Shield™ has no ozone depleting or carcinogenic ingredients.

Q: Will it require any special cleaning considerations ?

A: NO. However, to realize all the important benefits of GARD All with Sun Shield™ it will behoove you to have one of our certified craftsmen solve your fabric care problems or maintain the appearance of your fine fabrics.

Q: How often must this be applied?

A: All protective fiber sealants are protective coatings applied topically. This includes those treatments applied during manufacture. As such they can abrade or rub off during considerable use or cleanings. Like a car wax, from time to time your car may need a new coat, depending of course on driving/use conditions. If your fabrics are maintenance cleaned (vs. restoration cleaned) by our "What A Difference!" certified professional services specialists, GARD All™ could last several cleanings or more.
